Prohibited items and activities
禁止事項
To enter a room wearing shoes, and to keep animals as pets in a room are prohibited. Also, using fire is strictly prohibited, hence avoid using kerosene stove or candles.
各居室に土足で立ち入ること、ペットを飼うことは禁止されています。また、火気厳禁です。ローソクや石油ストーブなどを使用することはできません。

Rules for TIEC visitors
TIEC訪問者の来館時ルール
No one can enter all of TIEC building including residents’ room from 11 PM to 6AM including friends, family, relatives and other TIEC residents.Also, inviting the visitors more than 50% in number of your group is prohibited.If you break the rule, you have to move out from TIEC.
入居者以外の訪問客(家族、友人、他の部屋の居住者も含む)は11PM - 6AMの間は居室を含め全ての建物内に立ち入ることができません。
また、TIEC居住者グループの半数以上の訪問者を入館させることはできません。
ルールを破った場合、TIECから退去していただきます。
If you break the rule, you have to move out from TIEC.

Cylinder key and IC tag
鍵とICタグ
Duplication and lending of keys are strictly prohibited.
鍵の複製、貸し借りは厳禁です。
In the case you lost your key, the following reissuance fee will be charged.
鍵を紛失した場合は以下の再発行料をお支払いいただきます。
Nuisance behavior

Please avoid making noise, especially for night time between 22:00 and 08:00, to ensure you do not disturb others in the building.
建物内外で他人に迷惑になるような騒音を出さないようにしてください。
特に、夜間から早朝（22:00～8:00）にかけての時間帯は十分に注意してください。

Nights away notification
外泊届
If you plan to have a trip (temporally go abroad, travel), will not stay TIEC for more than 3 nights 4 days,
please come and fill out this form at the office.
3泊4日以上居室を不在にする場合には、必ず『外泊届』を管理センターまでご提出ください。

Smoking area
喫煙エリア
Smoking in your room is strictly prohibited.You need to go to the designated areas for smoking on the map.
①For Residence Hall A/B: Outside of Plaza Heisei elevator hall
➁For Residence Hall C: outside of the lounge(10F)
③For Residence Hall D: outside of the lounge(7F)
居室での喫煙は厳禁です。
左の図で指定の喫煙エリアを確認してください。
①A棟B棟はプラザ平成のエレベータホール外側です。
②C棟は10階のラウンジの外です。
③D棟は７階のラウンジの外です。
