How to clean the air conditioner filter
エアコンフィルターの掃除方法
Dust buildup in your air conditioner's filter reduces efficiency and increases your electricity bill. It also shortens the unit's lifespan, so please clean it about once a month.
エアコンのフィルターにホコリが詰まると効率が落ちて電気代が余計にかかります。また、エアコン自体の寿命も縮めますので月に1回程度掃除をお願いします。
- Put the switch off. 電源を切ってください。
- Open the panel on the front of the air conditioner and pull down the filters. カバーを外し、フィルターを引き抜いてください。
- Use the vacuum cleaner to remove dust from the filters. 掃除機でほこりを吸い取ってください。汚れがひどい場合はシャワーで洗い流して下さい。
- Put the filters back to the air conditioner. フィルターを戻してください。
Washing Machine Maintenance
洗濯機のメンテナンス
We encourage residents in Buildings B, C, and D to clean their washing machines regularly. Neglecting maintenance for too long can lead to unpleasant odors or mechanical issues.
B, CとD棟の入居者には、洗濯機を定期的に掃除するのを推奨します。ゴミが詰まる場合、ニオイや故障の原因にもなります。
Floor cleaning
床を水拭きする際には、水に浸した雑巾をできるだけ固く絞った状態で行います。汚れが落ちたのを確認できたら、乾いた雑巾で乾拭きして仕上げます。
道具を使用するなら、フローリング掃除用の平型モップを使用するのも良いでしょう。汚れの除去と同時に除菌もできるタイプの、フローリング用ウェットティッシュも販売されているので、併用すると効率よく掃除ができます。
When cleaning the floor, use the wet floorcloth. Make sure the floorcloth be squeezed firmly. Wipe the floor with it, especially marked part. Then, wipe the floor with dry floorcloth to complete.
Using a mop is another way to clean the floor. Wet wipes for floor cleaning are sold at the home improvement stores. Using both provides effective cleaning.
