    How to clean the air conditioner filter　
    エアコンフィルターの掃除方法

    Dust buildup in your air conditioner's filter reduces efficiency and increases your electricity bill. It also shortens the unit's lifespan, so please clean it about once a month.

    エアコンのフィルターにホコリが詰まると効率が落ちて電気代が余計にかかります。また、エアコン自体の寿命も縮めますので月に1回程度掃除をお願いします。

    1. Put the switch off. 電源を切ってください。
    2. Open the panel on the front of the air conditioner and pull down the filters. カバーを外し、フィルターを引き抜いてください。
    3. Use the vacuum cleaner to remove dust from the filters. 掃除機でほこりを吸い取ってください。汚れがひどい場合はシャワーで洗い流して下さい。
    4. Put the filters back to the air conditioner. フィルターを戻してください。

    Washing Machine Maintenance
    ​洗濯機のメンテナンス

    We encourage residents in Buildings B, C, and D to clean their washing machines regularly. Neglecting maintenance for too long can lead to unpleasant odors or mechanical issues.


    B, CとD棟の入居者には、洗濯機を定期的に掃除するのを推奨します。ゴミが詰まる場合、ニオイや故障の原因にもなります。


    Purchase of light bulbs and fluorescent lamps
    ​電球・蛍光灯の購入​


    If a light bulb or fluorescent tube burns out within one month of moving in, the management center will replace it. After that, if a bulb burns out, please replace it yourself using the diagram as a reference.


    入居から1ヶ月以内に電球や蛍光灯が切れた場合は管理センターで交換します。以後球切れが発生した場合は図を参考にご自身で交換を行っていただきます。
