Paste the Granted Sticker to the OUTSIDE of the Mailbox
名前シールは郵便受けの外側に貼り付けてください
Select the hall that you are going to move in and watch the guidance video of how to paste the sticker on your mailbox properly. This is a critically important preparation for receiving mail, hence make sure to do it right after obtained the sticker.
入居される棟のボタンをタップし名前シールの貼り付け方ガイダンス動画に従ってご自身の居室番号の郵便受けの外側に名前シールを張り付けてください。名前シールは郵便物の正確な配達に非常に重要となりますので、間違わないよう正確に貼り付けてください。
Move-in month payment
入居月のお支払い
1. For your move-in month, you must pay the rent on a daily rate and an entrance fee equal to one month's rent.
入居月は、日割り計算した館費と1か月分の入居費をお支払いいただきます。
2. The entrance fee is non-refundable.
館費は返金されません。
3. Failure to pay the entrance fee within two months of the first date of permitted period of residence will require you to move out.
居住許可開始日から2か月以内に入居費をお支払いいただけない場合は、退去していただきます。
4. The payment invoice will be sent to your postal mailbox with payment due by the 6th of the following month.
月末までに請求書が郵送されますので翌月6日までにコンビニエンスストアでお支払いください。
5. To make the payment, take the invoice to a convenience store and pay in cash, including a handling fee of 671 yen.
請求書をコンビニエンスストアに持参し現金にてお支払いください。請求書には手数料671円が加算されています。
Koto City Office
江東区役所
If you are a new resident living in Japan for the first time, go to the Koto City Office in Toyo-cho to complete your residence registration and enrollment for the National Health Insurance within 14 days after move-in. Bring the TIEC permit for residence, passport, and residence card. If you are moving in to Hall C or D, go there with your entire family.

日本に住むのが初めての新規居住者の方は東陽町にある江東区役所の本庁に向かい、住民登録と国民健康保険への加入手続きを行ってください。入居後14日以内にTIEC入居許可証、在留カード、パスポートを持参のうえ向かってください。C棟D棟に入居される方はご家族全員で向かってください。

Toyosu Special Branch
豊洲特別出張所
If you already live in Japan and move in to TIEC, resident registration and moving-in process can be done at the Toyosu Special Branch. Bring the TIEC permit for residence, moving-out notification issued by the local office where you previously lived, your passport, and your residence card there within 14 days after you move in.
すでに日本に居住していてTIECへ入居される方は豊洲特別出張所で転入の手続きをすることができます。以前居住されていた地域の役所が発行した転出届とTIEC入居許可証を持参のうえ、入居後14日以内に手続きしてください。在留カードとパスポートも忘れずにお持ちください。
