How to open the mailbox
郵便ボックスの開け方
As for the mailbox, the dial number is listed on the information sheet.
Open it according to those instructions.
郵便受けについてですが、ダイヤルを回転させる方向と回数がインフォメーションシートに記載されています。指示に従って左右に回転させると開錠することができます。
If your postal mailbox does not open, please follow the instructions below
When turning the designated dial number, press the dial slightly while turning it and align it with the top reference point (the highest notch).
Please be careful not to turn the dial past the reference point, as the mailbox will not open if you do.
If it still does not open, please notify the Administration office.
郵便箱が開かない場合は以下をお試しください。
指定されたダイヤル番号を回す際は、ダイヤルを少し押し付けながら回し、最上部のくぼみ（リファレンスポイント）に合わせてください。
リファレンスポイントを超えて回してしまうと、郵便箱が開かなくなりますのでご注意ください。
それでも開かない場合は管理センターにおしらせください
How to open delivery box
宅配ボックスの開け方
On the screen of deliver box, if your room number is shown up, it means you have a parcel in a deliver box. Please enter your room number and pin number to let the door open automatically. Then you can pick up the parcel.
宅配ボックスの操作画面上にご自身の居室番号が表示されている場合は、お荷物が届いているということになります。その場合は、居室番号と暗証番号を入力して荷物を取り出してください。

郵便ボックス/宅配ボックス A棟
There are both side, resident-side (yellow) and postman-side (gray) for the mailbox and delivery box. Please place a sticker with your name and room number on the mailbox of postman-side so that the postman can deliver your mail.
郵便ボックスと宅配ボックスは居住者側（黄色）と郵便配達員側（灰色）があります。投函時に部屋番号と氏名を確認できるようにシールを貼り付けます。

お名前と部屋番号が記載されたシールは入居オリエンテーション当日にお渡しします。
