This is the Administration office of TIEC.

We kindly request that you attend a move-in orientation at the office.

First, please review the following section about “ Preparations prior to move-in orientation” . Then, choose one of the available dates and select a time slot.

Please note that the booking steps differs for those moving in domestically and those moving in from abroad.

Be sure to proceed to the appropriate booking steps based on from where you are moving in. 

-  For those moving into Hall A and B: submit 2 face photos of yourself.

-  For those moving into Hall C and D: Submit 2 face photos for entire family members.

  ※Ensure the photos are trimmed beforehand. On the back of each photo, write your name and room number prior to attending the orientation

​※Bank information is not mandatory for the orientation , and only Japanese bank accounts is available.

If you would like to apply for automatic bank debit from a Japanese bank to pay your rent, please confirm the following points before the orientation:

・ JP Post Bank

-  Please confirm whether you have registered either your seal or signature in person at the bank. If you have not done so yet or are unsure, please visit the bank and complete the registration.

-  For those who have already registered, please bring your bank book or cash card and the seal to the orientation in order to fill out the required account information on the application form.

・  SMBC / Mitsubishi UFJ:

-  For those opened your bank account online, you need to visit a bank branch in person to verify your identity by showing personal identification along with your bank book or cash card.  If this applies to you, please fill out the application form at the office, then take the form with you to the bank branch of your choice.

-  For those who opened the account physically at a bank branch, please bring the seal, bank book or cash card with you when you come to the orientation.

・ Online banking such as Rakuten bank

You can apply for bank debit, please bring the bank account information at the orientation so that you can fill it out.

 Please note that people come to Japan for the first time and wish to apply for bank debit, please open a bank account first.
