Follow the instructions given by staff  of the Administration Office and Disaster Prevention Office, or by emergency broadcasts.

• When evacuating, check whether the hallway is filled with flames and smoke.
• The elevators will automatically stop at the nearest floor if an earthquake over intensity 4(on the Japanese scale) is sensed. Never use the elevators to evacuate. Escape through the stairways.
• If an earthquake over intensity 4 (on the Japanese scale) is sensed, the emergency broadcast(instructions for escape) will be made and the emergency doors on the ground floor will be unlocked.　
• When Tsunami coming, escape to the 4th floor and above.

避難時には管理センター職員と防災センターの指示、また非常放送の指示に従ってください。

• 避難する場合には廊下に火や煙が充満しているかどうか確認してください。
  

• 震度４相当以上の地震を感知した時、エレベーターは直近の階で自動的に停止し、使用することができなくなりますので、非常階段を使って避難してください。

• 震度４相当以上の地震が発生した際には 非常放送（避難指示）とともに各棟１階非常口のドアロックが解除されそこから避難することができます。

• 津波警報が発令された際には建物の4階以上の層へと避難してください。
