1. Payment for the Month of Move-In
💰 Payment method: Cash only (credit cards are not accepted. Bank transfers are not accepted in general; however, if necessary, please consult the Management Office.)
⏰ Timing of payment invoice delivery to your postal mailbox: The payment invoice will arrive from the end of moving-in month to the beginning of the following month.
⚠️ In all cases, the payment deadline is the 6th of the following month.
Even if the invoice arrives after the payment deadline, you may still pay in cash at the Management office counter, however, if payment is not made within two months from the move-in approval date, you may be required to move out.
2. Regular Monthly Payment
There are two available payment methods:
- Cash (Japanese yen)
- Automatic bank account withdrawal
Credit card payments are not accepted, but, if necessary, please contact the Management office.
Invoices for cash payment are delivered to your postal mailbox so that they arrive at the end of each month, though slight delays may occur due to postal conditions. The payment deadline is the 6th of the following month.
For automatic withdrawals, a statement showing the billed amount will be mailed in the same manner. Please ensure that sufficient funds are deposited in your bank account before payment due date.
If you are unable to make the payment in time due to unavoidable circumstances, you may pay in cash at the Management Office counter as a relief measure. The Management Office will inform you of the relief via email, so please check accordingly.
- If payment is still not made, the unpaid amount will be added to the following month's invoice, and you will be required to pay two months' worth.
- No late fees will be charged even if payment is made after the due date. However, if payment is overdue for three months, you may be required to vacate the property.
If the overdue amount exceeds ¥300,000, we cannot issue an invoice for cash payment. Please make the payment in cash at the Management Office. In addition, bank automatic withdrawal is not available if payments are overdue for three months or more. Please make the payment in cash at the Management Office.
1. 入居月の支払い
💰 支払い方法: 現金のみ(クレジットカード利用不可、銀行振り込みは基本的に不可、ただしどうしてもというご希望があれば管理センターまでご相談ください)
⏰ 現金支払い請求書は、入居月の月末から翌月の月初めまでに届くよう発送しています。支払い期限は翌月6日です。
⚠️ 支払い期限を過ぎて請求書が届いた場合でも、管理センター窓口で現金支払いが可能ですが、入居許可日から2か月以内に支払わない場合は、退去を命じられることがあります。
2. 通常月の支払い
支払い方法は以下の 2種類 です。

「現金支払い用の請求書」または「請求金額を記載した自動口座引き落としの明細書」は、毎月末に届くよう発送していますが、郵便事情により多少遅れる場合があります。支払い期限は翌月6日です。
やむを得ず支払い期限までに支払えない場合でも、救済措置として管理センター窓口で現金支払いが可能です。
救済措置の期間については、管理センターまたは案内メールでお知らせしますので、ご確認ください。
それでも支払いができなかった場合、未払金は 翌月分の請求に合算されますので、2か月分をまとめて支払ってください。
支払い期限を過ぎても 遅延金は発生しません。
ただし、3か月滞納すると退去を命じられる場合があります。
滞納額が30万円を超えた場合、現金払いの請求書は発行できません。管理センターで現金で支払ってください。
銀行自動引き落としは3か月以上の滞納では引き落としできません。管理センターで現金で支払ってください。
