Moving-out notification 退去届
①Please ensure a Moving-out Notification form is signed and
sealed by university or research institute you belong to.
退去届を提出する前に在籍する大学・研究機関の担当部署の署名・捺印をも
らってください。
②The submission date must be at least one month prior to the move-
out date. The Administration Office will cease regular rent billing from
the date the Notice of Leaving is submitted and will charge rent and
utilities up to the move-out date specified in the Notice of Leaving.
退去届は退去日の1ヶ月以上前に提出してください。
管理センターは退去届提出日をもって通常の家賃請求をストップし館費と光熱
水費を退去届に記載された退去日まで請求します。
③Move-out Date shall be at least one month after the submission date
of Notice of Leaving.
退去日“は退去届提出日から少なくとも１カ月後になります。

退去時の注意事項
- Residents are required to attend First and Second Room Inspections for any damage to room’s equipment before vacating the room.
- In the event of damage of the facilities, equipment, or the loss of items intentionally or negligently by the residents or their visitor(s), residents must pay for the compensation fee. Clean your room completely.
- Residents must clear all utility payments as per the Administration Office‘s instructions before moving out.
- If residents fail to fulfill these obligations, the Administration Office will contact your university or institute.
- Residents must return their cylinder lock and IC tag to the Administration Office(when it is outside of business hours, to the Disaster Prevention Office) by the departure date.
- 退去前に部屋の状況や備品の状態等の確認を2回実施しますので、立合いをお願いします。
- 退去時には居室の清掃を実施してください。また、入居者がTIECの施設、設備及び物品等を紛失したり、故意または過失により汚損させた場合は弁償の義務が生じますことを予めご了承ください。
- 管理センターの指示に従い、退去前に光熱水費含む退去清算をすべて完了させてください。
- これらの義務が果たされなかった場合、管理センターが所属大学・研究機関に通達します。
- 退去する日までに鍵とICタグを管理センターまで返却してください。営業時間外の場合は防災センターに返却してください。
退去時の郵便局への転送サービス申し込み
If you move out from TIEC and move in domestically, then you have to apply for the forwarding service at the post office. Forwarding service of the post office is the service to forward mails sent to your previous address to your new address for free. You can apply for it at the nearest post office.
TIECから日本国内の別の場所へ転居される際には郵便局へ郵便物の転送サービスを申し込んでください。転送サービスとは以前住んでいた住所あてに届いた郵便物を新しい住所あてに無料で転送するサービスです。お近くの郵便局窓口で申し込みができます。
