Reservation of common use facilities
共用施設の予約
- Facilities marked with ★ require prior reservation at the Administration Office. When the administration office was closed, then go to the security office to do it.
- Reservations can be made up to two weeks in advance, on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Altering or cancellation of the reservation can be made by calling the administration office or at the reception. Cancellation without prior notification to the administration office may result in a one-month ban on using the common facility.
- Note: Workout room – One-time orientation reservation required; no further reservations needed after completing it.
- ★印の施設は管理センターで予約の予約が必要となります。管理センターが営業時間外の場合は、防災センターで予約をしてください。
- 共用施設の予約は2週間前から可能です。先着順ですので早目のご予約をお願いいたします。
- 予約の変更やキャンセルを希望される場合、管理センター窓口または電話にてその旨お申し出ください。事前の連絡をせずに無断で予約をキャンセルされた場合、共用施設使用禁止処分を1ヶ月間課されることとなりますのでご注意ください。
- トレーニングルームについては使用前にオリエンテーションを受講していただく必要があり、受講完了後から使用することができるようになります。オリエンテーションは一度受講するだけで繰り返し受講する必要はありません。

BBQ area
バーベキューコーナー
Security Office can lend out tongs and bucket for ones using BBQ field. Remember to reserve it before having the BBQ party.

Equipped musical instruments are different between the music room A and B. Also, using the music room is required to make a reservation at the administration office. Note that maximum time for using each music rooms is limited to 2 hours a day and 4 hours a week in total.

Workout room / gymnasium / outdoor ground

To use the workout room, you have to finish the workout room orientation. Once you have completed it, a certificate of the workout room will be . After that, you can use workout room anytime. For the Gym and outdoor ground, please make a reservation before using it. Note that maximum time for using the gymnasium is limited to 2 hours a day and 4 hours a week in total.
