★ Reservations: Contact Admin Office (or Security Office after hours).
♠ Visitors: Allowed if group is ≥50% TIEC residents. Fill out the member list.
Booking: Up to 2 weeks in advance. First-come basis.
Cancellations: Call 03-5520-6000 or email tiec@tokyu-nasic.jp. 😱No-show = 1 month ban.
Note: Orientation required for Training Room.

BBQ area
バーベキューコーナー
Security Office can lend out tongs and bucket for ones using BBQ field. Remember to reserve it before having the BBQ party.

Music room A/B / Art room
音楽室A/B / 美術室
Equipped musical instruments are different between the music room A and B. Also, using the music room is required to make a reservation at the administration office. Note that maximum time for using each music rooms is limited to 2 hours a day and 4 hours a week in total.
音楽室はAとBとで備え付けの楽器が異なります。また事前の予約が必要となります。最長使用時間は１日2時間、１週間で計4時間までとなっていますのでご注意ください。

Training Room / Gymnasium / Outdoor Ground
トレーニングルーム / 体育室 / 屋外運動場
- Training Room🏋🏻♂️: To use the training room, you have to finish the training room orientation. Once you have completed it, a certificate will be issued, and access will be added to your IC tag. With which you can utilize the training room during operating hours. Orientation sessions for the following month's schedule will be emailed at the end of each month. Reservations are available on a first-come, first-served basis at the office.
- Gymnasium🏀 and Outdoor ground: For the Gym and outdoor ground, please make a reservation before using it. Note that maximum time for using the gymnasium is limited to 2 hours a day and 4 hours a week in total.
トレーニングルームを利用するにあたっては予めオリエンテーションを受講してください。受講後、受講終了証が発行され以後自由に利用できるようになります。オリエンテーションは一度の受講のみで、以後は繰り返し受講する必要はありません。オリエンテーションは要予約となっておりますので管理センターで予約をしてください。受講できる日にちが限られていますので早目の予約をお願いします。体育室と屋外運動場を利用する場合も予約が必要となります。体育室の最長利用可能時間は１日2時間、１週間で計4時間までとなっていますのでご注意ください。
