This is a brief checklist for the resident in TIEC to know about some necessary information when living in TIEC. 😀

TIEC Important Information & Rules

Evacuation: Follow instructions from the TIEC Administration and Disaster Prevention Offices when evacuating.Health: An English-speaking hotline is available if you feel sick.Parking: You must register your bicycle or motorcycle to park it inside TIEC.Bedding: We recommend you purchase bedding sets yourself, either through the provided option or from nearby shops.Green Market: A green market is held within TIEC twice a week.Residence Extension: Apply for an extension at least two months before the expiration with your enrolling university.Prohibited: Do not enter rooms with shoes, keep pets, or light a real fire inside TIEC.Visitor Hours: No one (including residents, friends, or family) can enter the building/rooms from 11 PM to 6 AM.Keys:Duplication and lending are strictly prohibited. A reissuance fee will be charged if you lose your key.Noise/Conduct: Always ensure your activities do not disturb others in the building.Invoice Payment: The postcard invoice is in your mailbox by the end of the month. Due date is the 6th of the following month.Garbage: Dispose of garbage according to the Koto-city local government sorting rules.Mailbox: The unlock code for the mailbox and delivery box is listed on the information sheet.WiFi: You need to contract with an internet service provider (ISP) like @George to apply for WiFi.Cleaning: Please clean regularly, referring to the provided diagram, to keep your room tidy.Culture: Classes to further your understanding of Japanese culture are held at TIEC; feel free to join!Common Facilities: Review the essential items carefully due to increased rule violations to ensure everyone can enjoy these facilities.
