Billing Details and How to pay during Stay
入居中の請求とお支払いについて
Residents are responsible for rent and utility fees and will be charged from the first day of your designated residence period, not from the actual move-in date. Until the first meter reading date, the utility fees will be charged on the daily basis and it will be billed with the rent of the following month.
入居者の皆様には家賃および光熱費等をご負担いただきます。請求は入居許可初日より発生します。実際に入居した日ではありません。最初の検針日までは、光熱水費は日割りで計算され、翌月の家賃と合わせて請求されます。
If rent and utility fee remains unpaid for more than three months, you have to vacate
TIEC.館費と光熱水費が3か月以上未払いの場合は、TIECから退去していただくことになります。

館費と水道料金は管理センターから請求されます。
You may choose to pay in cash or via bank debit.
自動口座引き落としまたは現金支払いを選択できます。
Either way, the payment will be processed on the 6th of each month or the next business day if the 6th falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or national holiday.

TEPCOの請求書は毎月20日頃郵便ポストに投函されます。
You may choose to pay in cash, PayPay or Credit card. For precise details, you can find in the back side of payment invoice.
支払い方法は現金、PayPay, クレジットカードが利用できます。

自動口座引落し申込書
Once your application form is successfully processed with your bank, rent and utility costs will be automatically withdrawn from your bank account with bank transfer fee of 110 yen added.
The payment will be processed on the 6th of each month or the next business day if the 6th falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or national holiday.
Please note thatit will take at least two monthsfrom submission for payments to be deducted from your account. During this period, we will continue to send payment invoices to you.
銀行での処理が完了すると館費と光熱水費は自動的に口座から引き落とされるようになります。
手数料は１１０円かかります。
引き落とし日は翌月６日で、６日が土日祝日の場合は次の営業日に引き落されます。
自動口座引き落としが有効となるまでに申込みから少なくとも2か月ほどお時間をいただきますことをご了承ください。

Payment details below is to be posted in your postal mailbox by the end of each months. Please deposit the amount that is deducted from your bank account before the due date of the 6th of the following month.
請求明細書が月末までに郵送されます。引き落とし日までに請求明細書の金額を口座に入金しておいてください。

If you would like to apply for automatic bank debit from a Japanese bank to pay your rent, please confirm the following points before applying.
Note that people come to Japan for the first time and wish to apply for automatic withdrawal, please open a bank account first.
館費と光熱水費の自動口座引落を申し込みされる際には下記の点をご確認下さい。
また、初めて来日される方で自動口座引落をご希望の方は、海外銀行口座は使用することができませので、まず日本国内の銀行にて口座を開設していただきますようお願いします。

How utility charges are calculated
光熱水費の算出について
Utility charges are not based on the calendar month (1st to 30th/31st).
Instead, each utility company defines a "monthly period" based on its own
Meter Reading dates.
⚠ 光熱費の「○月分」は、カレンダー月（1日～月末）ではなく、各社の検針日を基準に1か月を区切って計算されます。
🧾 For example:
The “July " charge for daytime electricity may actually cover usage from Apr 22 to May 22 when the meter is read on May 22.
例：従量電灯の「7月請求分」は、「4月22日〜5月22 日」の使用分となります。（検針日は5月22日）
