居室でのインターネット接続をご希望される場合、各自でインターネットサービスプロバイダと契約していただく必要があります。TIECでの推奨ISPは@Georgeとなっています。

As no free Wi-Fi or internet connection are available in each rooms, you need to have a contract with an internet service provider (ISP). Recommended ISP in TIEC is @George.

1. Contact @George at least 2 weeks before cancellation date with email.

2.Return modem adapter (If you applied one)

How to Return the Modem (Router)

If you have canceled a contract with @George and will move out, return the modem with a board box to following address within 2 weeks after cancellation date.

About the Mobile Phone

Firstly, there a lot of mobile network carriers and we do not force the residents to make a contract with Rakuten Mobile. However, we take the Rakuten as a example to show the residents the process to make the contracts with the mobile network carriers. The other carriers, for example NTT docomo, au and Softbank, can be applied with the similar processes.

1.  Register the Rakuten Account


2. Select a Local Shop and Make the Reservation


3. Go to the Shop and Process the Application
